Contact Karl

Back in the days of tape decks and Richard Nixon, I came to be in Park Ridge, Ill. I grew up in La Grange, Ill., went to school at Indiana University in Bloomington, lived in London, Seattle, and a couple of other short stops before settling back in Chicago for 10 years. I moved to Denver in 1999 and haven’t looked back.

What do you want to know about me as a Realtor? Most of my experience can be summed up by my past clients. Read what they have to say in Testimonials or visit my Linkedin recommendations page. I started in 2005 with Coldwell Banker and came to The Kentwood Company in 2008. I have been an award-winning Realtor every year since I’ve been in the business and work among the best agents in the state.

Want to get to know me? Give me a call – 720.971.8267 – or let’s have coffee. I prefer Metropolis on 11th. Beer works, too. I have more than one place for that; Ale House seems to be working these days, but it’s not the only place. Strange Brewing is also just down the street from me.

I am willing to donate my time and money to a good cause. Currently:

  • I donate a portion of the proceeds from every sale to Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital, aka the Colorado Veterinary Medical Foundation. These are the Mutts n Models folks.
  • I do some tutoring and scholarship interviewing for Goodwill.

In the past:

  • I visited sick patients at Porter Hospital in Denver with my black labrador retriever, Sadie.

Otherwise, I’m in the usual locations: Twitter, LinkedIn, G+, Facebook, the Cherry Creek bike trail, the golf course, the kitchen, the mountains, the park… you know, the reasons why we live in Colorado.

Last, but certainly not least, I would be happy to talk to you about your homebuying or selling needs. I pride myself on honesty, ethics and an ability to sell every house for the best possible terms. Thanks for reading!
